Lambert's Cable is hiring a Laborer Telecom Aerial to support an aerial telecom crew with fiber/telecom cable installation and maintenance. You will provide tools and materials, move equipment, and assist with traffic control while ensuring safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States for this company.
• Valid state driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Certified pole climber or willing to become certified.
• Previous labor experience in telecommunications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide tools, parts, and materials to crew members as needed.
• Move equipment and materials to support the crew.
• Ensure door-tagging and resident notifications for construction activities are completed.
• Stock, clean, and maintain company vehicles and equipment.
• Perform hand digging and operate tools.
• Direct/flag traffic flow per local DOT guidelines.
• Work overtime, travel, and be on-call as needed.
• Work in all weather conditions.
