Job summary

Lambert's Cable Splicing Co. is seeking a Laborer Telecom Aerial to support an Aerial Telecom Crew with the installation and maintenance of fiber/telecom cables and materials.

You’ll handle supplies, assist with equipment, and help ensure projects run smoothly on site. This entry-level role offers weekly pay, PTO, parental leave, holidays, a 401(k) with company match, stock purchase plan, education reimbursement, and legal insurance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or relevant work experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States for this company.
• Certified pole climber or willing to become certified.

Responsibilities

• Provide tools, parts, and materials to crew members as needed.
• Reposition or move bucket trucks, trailers, or equipment as directed.
• Ensure door-tagging and resident notifications for construction activities are completed before starting work each day.
• Stock, clean, and maintain all company vehicles and equipment.
• Perform hand digging using shovels and mechanical tools.
• Direct/flag traffic flow in line with local DOT guidelines.
• Work overtime, travel, and perform on-call/afterhours responsibilities as needed.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.
