TelCom Construction, LLC. is seeking a Telecom Aerial Foreman to lead field crews in the installation, maintenance, and repair of aerial telecom systems. You will ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while guiding less experienced team members on job sites.

The role requires readiness to travel for storm response, strong communication, and hands‑on teamwork to complete daily work orders and safety checks with a focus on customer satisfaction and reliability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent work experience.
• Certified pole climber preferred or willing to become certified.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• DOT medical card required/passable.
• At least 3 years of related work experience.
• CDL Class A preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation of fiber/telecom cables and support structures according to codes and customer requirements.
• Safely operate bucket trucks, digger derricks, and excavators.
• Ensure work areas are safe and traffic flows smoothly.
• Work at heights using climbing hooks and ladders.
• Use hand and power tools while maintaining safety standards.
• Provide guidance and support to crew members as needed.
• Be ready to travel for storm response on short notice.
• Complete daily work orders and crew safety checks.
