Job summary

Lambert's Cable in the United States is seeking a Telecom Aerial Foreman to oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of aerial telecom systems, ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance on-site. You will lead a crew and provide guidance to less-experienced team members.

Responsibilities include safe operation at heights, tool use, and completing daily work orders with a readiness to travel for storm response.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of related work experience.
• Certified pole climber or willingness to become certified.
• CDL Class A driver license is preferred.
• Must pass a DOT physical exam and obtain a valid medical card.
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company.

Responsibilities

• Ensure successful installation of fiber/telecom cables, materials, or support structures according to codes, regulations, and customer requirements.
• Ensure work areas are safe and that traffic flows smoothly while on the job
• Safely work at heights using climbing hooks and ladders
• Safely use hand tools and power tools like wrenches, drills, and saws
• Provide guidance and support to others as needed
• Be ready to travel for storm response on short notice
• Complete daily work orders and crew checks to document productivity and safety compliance
• Other duties as assigned
