Job summary

Lambert's Cable seeks a Telecom Aerial Foreman to oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of aerial telecom systems on site, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. You will lead a crew, guide less experienced teammates, and coordinate with customers to complete work orders efficiently.

The role requires strong attention to safety, ability to travel for storm response, and commitment to documenting daily activities and crew checks. Excellent teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of related field experience.
• Valid state driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a DOT physical and obtain a medical card.
• Pole climber certification or willingness to become certified.
• CDL Class A license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of aerial telecom systems to code and customer specs.
• Lead crew, assign tasks, and monitor safety and productivity on site.
• Coordinate with customers and document daily work orders.
• Safely operate bucket trucks, digger derricks, and related equipment.
• Ensure work areas are safe and traffic flows smoothly during jobs.
• Work at heights using climbing hooks and ladders with proper PPE.
• Travel for storm response on short notice as required.
• Provide guidance and support to teammates as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
