Job summary

Lambert's Cable is seeking a Telecom Aerial Foreman to oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of aerial telecom systems, ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance on site. You will lead a crew and provide guidance while coordinating tasks and safety protocols.

Requirements include 3+ years of related experience, a valid driver’s license, ability to pass a DOT medical exam, and willingness to travel for storm response.

Qualifications

• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma, GED, or relevant work experience.
• Valid state driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• DOT medical exam pass and valid medical card.
• Minimum 3 years of related work experience.
• Pole climber certification or willingness to become certified.
• CDL Class A license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation and maintenance of aerial telecom systems per codes and customer requirements.
• Ensure work areas are safe and traffic flows smoothly.
• Climb and work safely at heights using hooks and ladders.
• Operate hand and power tools as needed.
• Provide guidance to crew members.
• Travel for storm response on short notice.
• Complete daily work orders and crew checks documenting productivity and safety.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
