Job summary

Lambert's Cable Splicing Co. seeks a Telecom Aerial Foreman to lead on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of aerial telecom systems while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. You will guide less experienced crew members and coordinate daily field activities.

Role requires 3+ years of related experience, a valid US driver’s license, and the ability to pass a DOT medical exam. Willingness to travel for storm response is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States for this company.
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Valid state driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Pass DOT physical exam and hold a valid medical card.
• At least 3 years of related work experience.
• Pole climber certification or willingness to obtain.
• CDL Class A license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of aerial telecom systems.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance on site.
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members.
• Travel for storm response on short notice.
• Complete daily work orders and crew checks documenting productivity and safety.
