Lambert's Cable is seeking a Telecom Aerial Foreman to lead installation, maintenance, and repair of aerial telecom systems. You’ll serve as on-site expert, guiding and supporting crew to meet safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

The role involves climbing, working at heights, and coordinating with teammates—completing daily work orders and being ready to travel for storm response on short notice. We value safety and hands-on leadership.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Authorized to work in the United States for this company
• High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or relevant work experience
• Valid state driver's license (not Provisional) with acceptable driving record
• Must be able to pass a DOT physical exam and obtain a medical card
• At least 3 years of related work experience
• Certified pole climber or willing to become certified
• CDL Class A preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of aerial telecom systems
• Ensure work areas are safe and traffic flows smoothly on job sites
• Safely work at heights using climbing hooks and ladders
• Safely use hand tools and power tools such as wrenches, drills, and saws
• Provide guidance and support to others on crew as needed
• Be ready to travel for storm response on short notice
• Complete daily work orders and crew checks documenting productivity and safety compliance
• Other duties as assigned
