ENL Telesitter Program Compensation range: $23.20 - $29.69 Your rate of pay will be based on applicable experience Shift: Nights Shift length: 12 Hour Days off: Variable Hours per pay period: 24

POSITION SUMMARY

This position will provide continuous observation via video and two-way audio, provide psychological supportive services, and surveillance of assigned patients. The first line of action will be to verbally redirect the patient from engaging in any at risk behaviors. Next will be to alert the nursing staff if the patient requires assistance. Staff will be knowledgeable and abide by patient and institutional confidentiality and related hospital policies. The Tele Sitter Monitor will evaluate and review utilization and operational workflows for Tele Sitter needs, equipment management, continuous use, and appropriate patient selection. They will work in the Patient Monitor role on an as needed basis.

EDUCATION / TRAINING / EXPERIENCE

Minimum: Six months direct patient care experience
