Job summary

Enloe Health in Chico, CA is seeking a Registered Nurse for night shifts to provide patient care in accordance with the medical plan of care. You will coordinate with the patient care team to ensure safety and quality, document assessments, and respond to changes in patient condition.

The role requires CA RN licensure, CPR and ACLS, plus foundational critical care training within one year of hire. A sign-on bonus of up to $3,000 is offered and compensation is hourly.

• Basic Arrhythmia or equivalent within one year of hire.
• Hemodynamics or equivalent within one year of hire.
• Critical Care Course or equivalent within one year of hire.

$55.93 - $79.75

Position Summary:

The Registered Nurse is a licensed professional who provides patient care in accordance with the standards, policies, and practices of Enloe Medical Center. The Registered Nurse prioritizes patient needs, coordinates patient care, and collaborates with other members of the patient care team to provide care in accordance with the medical plan of care.

Minimum:

EDUCATION / TRAINING / EXPERIENCE:

• Basic Arrhythmia or equivalent (within one year of hire)
• Hemodynamics or equivalent (within one year of hire)
• Critical Care Course or equivalent (within one year of hire)

Desired:

• One year of acute nursing experience
• One year of recent Critical Care RN experience
• One year of recent Intensive Care Unit experience
• Previous Paramedic, ED Triage Tech, EMT, ED Tech or Lift Tech experience
• Basic Arrhythmia, Hemodynamics or Critical Care Course

Minimum:

LICENSES / CERTIFICATIONS:

• Current licensure with the California Board of Registered Nursing
• Current CPR
• Current ACLS

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities:

Must demonstrate technical competence, professional clinical judgment, communication skills and sensitivity for the patient and family in crisis. Must be able to fulfill the essential functions of the position.
