Job summary

Red Hat is seeking a Territory Services Manager to lead services opportunities within Europe’s tier1 telco accounts. The role bridges customer needs with Red Hat's technical solutions, ensuring seamless execution from initial selling through project delivery.

You will drive revenue, own the services pipeline, and coordinate between customers, delivery teams, and partners to deliver multi-million dollar engagements across European accounts.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in consultative selling and delivery of complex solutions within the telco industry.
• Ability to balance workload and prioritize resources based on deal size, timing, and probability of closure.
• Expertise in developing Statements of Work (SoWs), responding to RFXs, and navigating complex commercial negotiations.
• Proficiency in positioning learning services and technical account management (TAM) services.

Responsibilities

• Sell Services: Creates, defines, positions, negotiates and closes services opportunities.
• Revenue & Growth Management: Owns the services bookings pipeline and forecast; drives account planning.
• Delivery Accountability: Collaborates with delivery managers, architects, and partners to ensure successful execution.
• Stakeholder Orchestration: Maintains relationships with services buyers and coordinates cross-functional teams.
