Job summary

Red Hat is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to drive telecommunications projects from initiation through delivery and closure. You will lead cross-functional teams, define scope and milestones, and ensure projects stay on time and on budget in alignment with strategic priorities.

You will partner with sponsors to define success metrics, manage risks, and communicate progress to executives. A PMP, telecom experience, and strong collaboration skills are essential in a high-velocity, globally

Qualifications

• PMP certification required.
• Experience managing telecom/service provider projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage scope, schedule, budget and ROI.

Responsibilities

• Direct complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables with senior management.
• Create and execute project plans for prioritization and implementation.
• Monitor schedules, milestones, and vendor accountability.
• Prepare status reports and present performance updates to stakeholders.
• Develop risk mitigation strategies and manage changes in scope.
• Coordinate with distributed teams and drive project ROI.
