Job summary

Thrill Labs вызывает на работу руководителя платежей для глобальной крипто‑игровой платформы Thrill.com. Вы возьмёте на себя владение платежной инфраструктурой, включая кошельки, депозиты, выводы и интеграции, а также OPS, риски и VIP‑платежи.

Кандидат будет вести миграцию Layer1 Fireblocks, работать с CTO и инженерной командой, оптимизировать комиссии и интеграции, координировать он‑рамп партнёров MoonPay и Onramper и формировать дорожную карту платежей.

Thrill Labs is the driving force behind Thrill.com, a crypto gaming platform built for a global audience. Since launching in August 2025, the platform has grown into a top-10 brand trusted by more than 100K users and processes over $60m in monthly deposits.

Задачи:

• Lead the Layer1 Fireblocks migration from assessment through launch
• Work with the CTO and Engineering on requirements, solutions, dependencies, and delivery
• Own payment infrastructure, including wallets, deposits, withdrawals, and integrations
• Develop OPS, Risk, and VIP payment tools, including blockchain analytics and fraud monitoring
• Optimize gas fees, transaction costs, reliability, and blockchain integrations
• Manage on-ramp integrations, including MoonPay and Onramper
• Own the Payments roadmap and backlog, prioritizing key business and technical initiatives
• Drive end-to-end delivery and post-launch optimization
• Collaborate with CPO, CTO, Engineering, OPS, Risk, VIP, and Commercial

Требования:

• Hands-on experience with crypto payments, wallets, or payment infrastructure
• Proven experience owning payment integrations and major system changes through launch
• Strong understanding of crypto payments, transactions, blockchain networks, and fees
• Comfortable with APIs, technical documentation, and Engineering teams
• Strong ability to define requirements, acceptance criteria, dependencies, and risks
• Excellent delivery, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
• Highly autonomous and systematic, able to take initiatives from idea to implementation
• Professional working proficiency or above in Russian and English
