Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Delaware is seeking a Youth Development Professional to assist with developing, implementing, supervising, evaluating and monitoring programs for adolescents in middle school and high school.

Under the supervision of the Teen Director, you will support planning and operation of teen programs, help promote participation, supervise volunteers, and uphold safety and the organization’s youth-development goals.

Qualifications

• Must pass a background check.
• Valid driver’s license with <5 points on DMV record.
• Minimum high school diploma with 5 years’ experience; bachelor’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate teen programs in middle and high school ages.
• Assist in planning, implementing and evaluating teen activities.
• Support school district teen programming and supervise volunteers.
• Help operate club-wide activities and ensure safety standards.
