Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Southern Nevada seeks a Teen Specialist to oversee all teen programs at assigned Clubhouses. This role plans, develops, reports on, and implements programs in collaboration with the Programs team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and youth outcomes.

The Teen Specialist may serve as acting Clubhouse supervisor in the absence of the Clubhouse Director and Assistant Clubhouse Director, and will assist with operations, safety, and program delivery for members and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with middle/high school youth preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Ability to manage multi-age groups and written documentation.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and oversee teen programs aligned with Youth Development outcomes.
• Coordinate with Programs team to meet objectives and deadlines.
• Mentor members and enforce conduct standards per guidelines.
• Promote programs and events to members and families.
• Ensure program compliance and track required metrics.
• Occasionally supervise Clubhouse operations and safety.
