Boys & Girls Clubs of Delaware is seeking a Teen Program Coordinator to develop, implement, and oversee teen programming at multiple sites, including schools and community partners.

Reporting to the Club Director, you will supervise teen staff, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive outcomes to engage teens aged 13–20. The role requires planning, evaluation, and effective program delivery.

Qualifications

• Must pass FBI, State of Delaware background checks.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum three years managing or delivering programs to youth 13–20.
• Valid driver's license; willingness to travel within the region; DMV <5 points.
• Experience organizing programming for middle/high school youth.
• Ability to develop a positive self-image in Club members.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience supervising staff and training volunteers.
• Budgeting and resource management knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Plan, implement, and evaluate diverse teen programs region-wide.
• Collaborate with teen program leaders and staff to meet outcomes.
• Develop systems to measure program quality and outcomes.
• Plan and support programs/events statewide as needed.
• Assist in budgeting, grants, and resource development for teens.
• Support the BGCDE brand and community partnerships.
• Ensure administrative duties are completed accurately and timely.
• Support facilities maintenance with Club staff.
• Provide ongoing training for teen staff and volunteers.
• Grow teen membership and establish local partnerships.
