Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Delaware is seeking a Teen Program Coordinator to develop, implement, supervise, and evaluate teen programs for ages 13-20 across on-site and satellite locations.

Under the Club Director, you will lead teen staff, collaborate with partners, manage program quality, and help expand services statewide while ensuring safety and compliance with organizational policies.

Qualifications

• FBI clearance, State of Delaware Criminal History Background Check, National and State Sexual Abuse Registry check, and National and State Child Abuse Registry Check required.
• Minimum three (3) years of experience delivering/managing youth programs.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the region; willingness to drive company vehicles.
• Demonstrated ability to organize and execute teen programming for middle/high school students.
• Ability to develop a positive self-image in Boys & Girls Club members.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience supervising staff, recruiting and training volunteers, and mentoring youth.
• Knowledge of budgeting and resource management.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and evaluate a diverse offering of teen programming across the community; set goals with Club Director.
• Collaborate with Teen program leaders and Club leadership to ensure program outcomes.
• Develop systems to measure program quality and ensure continual improvement.
• Plan, facilitate, and support programs and events regionally and statewide as required.
• Assist in financial, grant management, and resource development for Teen Services.
