The YMCA of Greater New York's West Side YMCA is seeking a Teen Coordinator to lead after-school and weekend teen programs. Under the Youth & Family Director, you will manage staff, help develop programs, and coordinate outreach with local schools.

Teen activities run during the school year, after school hours, and on Saturday evenings, with summers including evening programming. Responsibilities include ensuring teen safety, handling data entry, registering participants, assisting with budgets,

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years working with teens/youth and planning activities.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Current CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead management and implementation of all teen programs at the branch.
• Assist with staff management, program development, outreach and partnerships.
• Supervise teen travel, including overnight and multi-day trips.
• Ensure safety and wellbeing of teens and maintain data in required systems.
• Support budgeting, marketing, and program evaluation.
