Job summary

Youth Haven in Southwest Florida is seeking a Teen Program Manager to provide leadership, supervision, and operational oversight for the Homeless Teen Transitional Cottage, ensuring a safe, trauma-informed environment and compliant services for foster youth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of two years of experience in non-profit program management.
• Experience working with teens/young adults.
• Foster teamwork and interagency collaboration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Promote Youth Haven’s core values by modeling compassion, integrity, teamwork, and accountability.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and contractual requirements (DCF/COA).
• Collaborate with Management to develop, implement, and evaluate program goals and strategies.
• Provide day-to-day leadership on campus and supervise staff, guiding performance and providing feedback.
• Support interviewing, onboarding, and orientation of new staff.
• Oversee staff performance management, including evaluations and coaching.
• Develop and maintain weekly schedules for Rob’s Cottage and ensure staffing ratios.
• Assist with on-call support for urgent program concerns.
• Coach staff in trauma-informed practices and collaborative problem solving.
• Participate in audits, PQI initiatives, and interdisciplinary team activities.
