Boys & Girls Clubs of America is seeking a Teen Programs Facilitator in Forsyth, MO to oversee and facilitate delivery of teen programs aligned with Formula For Impact outcomes: academic success, character and citizenship, and healthy lifestyles.

The role includes recruiting teens at schools, coordinating facility use, planning field trips and special events, and reporting program results to the Program Director while addressing diverse member needs.

Formación

• Must be a minimum of 18 years of age and have completed CPR/First Aid certification when offered.
• Some experience working with children, preferably school-aged.
• Valid Missouri State Driver’s License if operating Club vehicles.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and oversee the administration of designated teen programs and activities supporting the Formula For Impact priority outcomes.
• Coordinate use of facilities for teens (gym, outdoor spaces) and recruit teens through school visits and events.
• Organize field trips and teen events; evaluate programs and report results on deadlines.
• Maintain teen records (attendance, participation, achievements) and address gender or cultural needs.
• Participate in special programs and communicate with teachers regarding member needs.
