Seattle Parks and Recreation is seeking a Teen Life Center Recreation Attendant to support operations at one of SPR's Teen Life Centers. The role focuses on customer service, program information, and assisting with registrations and facility use for teens and young adults.

The position is part-time and requires strong communication skills, a welcoming attitude, and the ability to work evenings or weekends as needed. Staff benefit from SPR's comprehensive program and community support services.

Formación

• One year of experience using a computerized POS/event registration system in a customer service-related role.
• Ability to interpret and follow policies and procedures, especially related to cash handling and SPR operations.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with diverse populations including teens and young adults.

Responsabilidades

• Greet teens, young adults, and customers and provide information about programs and activities.
• Handle cash, process payments, and issue receipts; balance cash drawers as required.
• Generate and retrieve reports from the registration system and assist with data entry.
• Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues in a fast-paced environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned in support of Recreation programs and operations.
