Job summary

YMCA of Snohomish County in Everett, WA is seeking a dynamic leader to run the Teen Leadership department and youth development programs such as Youth and Government, Mock Trial, Robotics, Minority Achievers Program, Teen Late Night, Teen Summer Camp, Y Club and more. You would also lead our drop‑in Youth Development Center with afternoon/evening shifts and periodic weekend support.

The role requires coordinating staff, supervising activities, and building partnerships with community

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals, families and communities of diverse backgrounds and abilities.
• Strong computer skills and experience with standard business software.
• Strong professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in second language desired.

Responsibilities

• Direct, organize, conduct and supervise program activities and events
• Coordinate and monitor teen summer camps
• Secure facilities for program activities and events
• Recruit, hire, train and manage staff and volunteers
• Evaluate staff performance and motivate teams
• Develop and monitor program budget to meet fiscal objectives
• Promote and expand diverse program activities within the community
• Represent the YMCA at community events and assist with fundraising activities
