Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of America is seeking a Manager, Teen Experiences to lead the execution of national teen experiences across the network. Based in Atlanta, this on-site role operates in a hybrid model with 3 days remote and 2 days in the office weekly.

You will coach clubs, design tools, and coordinate with states and regions to ensure high-quality programs such as the Keystone Conference and NYAC, driving youth engagement, leadership, and belonging. Travel up to 40% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Masters preferred.
• 7+ years in youth development, program implementation, coaching, or related fields.
• Experience providing coaching, training, or technical assistance.
• Experience executing programs or events from planning through delivery.
• Experience working across multiple stakeholders in a networked environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of national teen events, including Keystone Conference and Summit for America’s Youth.
• Coach and consult to Clubs, states and regions to strengthen teen experiences.
• Develop capability-building tools, playbooks and resources for signature experiences.
• Coordinate across internal teams (Program Activations, Quality Improvement, Youth Impact).
• Track deliverables, timelines and ensure high-quality execution.
