Job summary

Israeli American Council in Irvine, CA seeks a Community Engagement Manager to lead local engagement efforts in Orange County. This 20-hour-per-week role reports to the Regional Director and focuses on building relationships, expanding IAC's presence, and delivering meaningful programs that reflect IAC's mission.

You will coordinate events, recruit volunteers, manage communications, and partner with community leaders, donors, and organizations.

Qualifications

• Experience in Israeli/Jewish nonprofit sectors is a plus.
• Ability to build relationships and engage diverse audiences.
• Ability to manage workload and deadlines.
• Flexibility for evenings and weekends.
• English and Hebrew fluency.

Responsibilities

• Develop community engagement strategies in Orange County.
• Build relationships with community members, leaders, donors, organizations.
• Plan and execute programs and events.
• Recruit and coordinate volunteers.
• Represent IAC at events and on social platforms.
• Track engagement and report to Regional Director.
