Job summary

Austin Water Sports Inc (DBA Ski Dock) in Austin, TX is seeking a marine technician to service and repair boats and personal watercraft. You will work on mechanical and electrical systems across outboards, stern drives, inboards, jet drives, and PWCs, diagnosing issues and performing timely repairs.

Ski Dock is an award-winning dealership with locations in both Austin and Lake Conroe, representing boats from Centurion, Balise Pontoons, Yamaha Boats and Yamaha Waverunners that has been in business for more than 35 years . We are a certified service center for Mercruiser, Mercury, Volvo, Indmar, PCM and Yamaha. Our dealership performs service in our well-equipped service facility with on-site test tank as well as providing lakeside service to our customers.

The marine technician position will involve working on mechanical and electrical systems found on outboards, stern drives, inboards, jet drives and personal watercraft. This candidate should have a solid mechanical and troubleshooting background. Experience in marine specific repair, powersports repair or automotive repair is encouraged, but not required. Manufacturer training and schools are available.
