Glaser & Randhawa Mental Health Group is seeking a reliable TMS / Spravato Treatment Technician to join our Interventional Psychiatry team in Chicago. This full-time role trains the right candidate with no prior TMS or Spravato experience required.

Start date set for November 16, 2026, with compensation opportunities based on experience. Responsibilities include assisting with treatments, preparing rooms and equipment, handling checklists and PHQ-9s, and maintaining patient records while

Responsibilities

• Support TMS and Spravato treatments and monitor patients.
• Provide compassionate support and reassurance to patients.
• Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, medications, and supplies.
• Complete treatment checklists, PHQ-9s, and required reporting.
• Monitor patients and communicate medical or safety concerns to providers.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and accurate patient records.
• Review daily treatment schedule and check VMS.
• Keep treatment rooms clean, organized, and stocked.
• Follow treatment protocols and safety procedures.
• Assist with opening/closing the treatment area.
• Collaborate with providers and treatment team.
• Complete required training and maintain competency in TMS and Spravato procedures.

Glaser & Randhawa Mental Health Group is seeking a reliable, compassionate, and patient-focused TMS / Spravato Treatment Technician to join our Interventional Psychiatry team full-time. No previous TMS or Spravato experience is required. We are willing to train the right candidate. Candidates with previous TMS, Spravato, or similar treatment experience may qualify for the $20/hour rate.

Start Date: November 16, 2026

Responsibilities include:

• Support TMS and Spravato treatments and monitor patients throughout treatment
• Provide compassionate support and reassurance to patients
• Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, medications, and supplies
• Complete treatment checklists, documentation, PHQ-9s, and required reporting
• Monitor patients and promptly communicate medical or safety concerns to the appropriate provider
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and accurate patient records
• Check VMS and review the daily treatment schedule
• Help maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked treatment rooms
• Follow treatment protocols, safety procedures, and emergency protocols
• Assist with opening and closing the treatment area
• Work closely with providers and other treatment team members
• Complete required training and maintain competency in TMS and Spravato procedures

Qualifications:

• Previous healthcare, patient-care, behavioral health, TMS, or Spravato experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, dependable, and compassionate
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed procedures and checklists
• Comfortable working directly with patients in a mental health setting
• Ability to remain calm and professional in unexpected situations
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality
• Reliable transportation
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced mental health environment

Schedule:

• Monday: 12:00 PM–7:30 PM
• Tuesday: 8:30 AM–4:15 PM
• Wednesday: 12:00 PM–7:30 PM
• Thursday: 12:00 PM–7:30 PM
• Friday: 8:30 AM–4:30 PM

Schedule is tentative and may be adjusted based on patient and treatment needs.

Start Date: November 16, 2026

Compensation & Benefits:

• $18/hour with no previous treatment experience
