Action Gaming Inc. is seeking a dependable Lottery Machine Technician to service and maintain Limited Video Lottery equipment at our West Virginia locations.

You will install, troubleshoot, and repair LVL gaming terminals and related equipment, travel between customer sites, and maintain accurate service records. The role requires basic technical troubleshooting, a valid driver's license, and strong communication skills to interact with location staff and customers.

We are looking for a dependable and motivated Lottery Machine Technician to service and maintain Limited Video Lottery equipment at our West Virginia locations.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, troubleshoot, and repair LVL gaming terminals.
• Service kiosks, ATMs, and related gaming equipment.
• Diagnose computer, electrical, network, and mechanical problems.
• Perform preventative maintenance and equipment inspections.
• Respond promptly to service calls and machine outages.
• Install and replace parts, printers, bill acceptors, monitors, cables, and other components.
• Maintain accurate records of service calls and repairs.
• Travel between customer locations using a company vehicle.
• Maintain professional relationships with location owners and employees.
• Follow company security procedures and all applicable West Virginia Lottery requirements.
• Protect keys, equipment, sensitive information, and other company property.

Requirements

• Basic computer, electrical, and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Dependable and able to work independently.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift and move equipment as necessary.
• Must meet applicable West Virginia Lottery licensing and regulatory requirements.
