Leidos is seeking a TechSIGINT Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support evaluation and refinement of advanced TechSIGINT applications within the Intel Sectors, Cyber & Analytics Business Area. The role involves collaborating with the analyst community to validate functionality and translate needs into system requirements for mission success.

Hybrid flexibility is available, with remote work up to two days per week, and a focus on ensuring analytic products meet critical national security needs.

Formación

• Minimum of 15 years of TechSIGINT or related SIGINT experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, Mathematics, Communications, or Computer Science (preferred; may count as 4 years of experience).
• Experience on at least one legacy TechSIGINT application from the provided list (ASPEN/FATE, XMidas, Willow, MARTES/FIS-MARTES, CATS, DEL, WEBENGRAFT, FISNET, FISMARKET, TEBAG, PacketSwing, STK, DVT, TASMANIA, CHAUEE, REDHAWK, MEERKAT, or ESP).
• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance required.

Hybrid flexibility available: candidates may work remotely up to two days per week, contingent upon work tasking and mission requirements.

Primary Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive testing of newly developed applications, ensuring they align with mission objectives and operational effectiveness.
• Work closely with the development team to translate analyst needs into actionable system requirements, ensuring a user-friendly and mission-centric experience.
• Engage with the analyst community to demonstrate application functionality, gather feedback, and contribute to iterative improvements.
• Advocate for system enhancements that optimize performance and usability in real-world scenarios.

Basic Qualifications

• The analyst shall have a minimum of 15 years of TechSIGINT or directly related SIGINT experience.
• A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, Mathematics, Communications, or Computer Science is preferred and may count as (4) years of relevant experience.
• The analyst shall have experience on a minimum of one (1) of the following legacy TechSIGINT applications: ASPEN/FATE, XMidas, Willow, MARTES/FIS-MARTES, CATS, DEL, WEBENGRAFT, FISNET, FISMARKET, TEBAG, PacketSwing, STK, DVT, TASMANIA, CHAUEE, REDHAWK, MEERKAT, or ESP.
• Clearance Required: Must have an active TS/SCI with Polygraph.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working as an analyst in support of our customer
• Knowledge and experience with Python in support of analytic efforts
• Knowledge and experience with LINUX
• Experience as an instructor, or trainer in TechSIGINT principles.

Pay Range

Pay Range $139,100.00 - $251,450.00

The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
