Job summary

Leidos is seeking a TechSIGINT Subject Matter Expert to support evaluation and refinement of advanced SIGINT applications. The role involves testing, translating analyst needs into requirements, and collaborating with developers to deliver mission-focused tools. A TS/SCI with Poly is required.

Hybrid work is available (remote up to two days weekly). Primary responsibilities include testing, requirements translation, and analyst engagement to drive iterative improvements and better usability.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of TechSIGINT or directly related SIGINT experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, Mathematics, Communications, or Computer Science (preferred; may count as 4 years of experience).
• Experience on at least one legacy TechSIGINT application (list provided).
• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive testing of newly developed applications to ensure alignment with mission objectives.
• Translate analyst needs into actionable system requirements with a user-focused approach.
• Engage with the analyst community to demonstrate functionality and gather feedback for improvements.

Hybrid flexibility available:

candidates may work remotely up to two days per week, contingent upon work tasking and mission requirements.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive testing of newly developed applications, ensuring they align with mission objectives and operational effectiveness.
• Work closely with the development team to translate analyst needs into actionable system requirements, ensuring a user-friendly and mission-centric experience.
• Engage with the analyst community to demonstrate application functionality, gather feedback, and contribute to iterative improvements.
• Advocate for system enhancements that optimize performance and usability in real-world scenarios.

Basic Qualifications:

• The analyst shall have a minimum of 15 years of TechSIGINT or directly related SIGINT experience.
• A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, Mathematics, Communications, or Computer Science is preferred and may count as (4) years of relevant experience.
• The analyst shall have experience on a minimum of one (1) of the following legacy TechSIGINT applications: ASPEN/FATE, XMidas, Willow, MARTES/FIS-MARTES, CATS, DEL, WEBENGRAFT, FISNET, FISMARKET, TEBAG, PacketSwing, STK, DVT, TASMANIA, CHAUEE, REDHAWK, MEERKAT, or ESP.

Clearance Required:

Must have an active TS/SCI with Polygraph.

Preferred Qualifications:
