Primary Responsibilities

• Prioritize, assess, evaluate, and report intelligence from passive and active collection sources
• Analyze network data and incorporate collateral information to produce finished intelligence products
• Author and edit serialized SIGINT reports based on collected traffic
• Identify and extract reportable information using available tools and data sources
• Conduct research across SIGINT and collateral repositories to enhance reporting
• Combine data from multiple sources to respond to customer and management requirements
• Apply basic SIGINT reporting policies while working under mentorship or government guidance

Basic Qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience as a Target Analyst supporting the IC or USG military, with at least 2 years within the last 5 years
• Experience drafting and/or editing finished, serialized SIGINT reports
• Ability to write reports based on simple or limited traffic
• Knowledge of technologies or topics used to identify analytic vectors
• Experience exploiting foreign communications systems to collect, analyze, process, and disseminate SIGINT
• Experience using software applications and databases related to SIGINT reporting and target development
