Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Senior Signals Analytic Technique Developer to join the Space, Weapons, and Technical Intelligence (SWaT) mission. The role involves developing automation to improve tradecraft, analyze signals, and deliver rapid operational impact on mission workflows.

Qualified candidates must have an active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance, a background in DSP, protocols analysis, and experience with C/C++, Python.

We are seeking a motivated Senior Signals Analytic Technique Developer to join the Space, Weapons, and Technical Intelligence (SWaT) mission. The SWE will collaborate directly with mission stakeholders, developers, and analysts to innovate and automate tradecraft and technical solutions that deliver immediate operational impact to mission workflows.

Qualified candidates are eligible for enhanced incentives including up to a $25K cash sign on bonus or a paid time off bonus.

Job Responsibilities/Qualifications:

• Mission Focus: Part of the TechSIGINT revitalization, creating automation for tradecraft that provides deep insight into adversary weapons systems and networks.
• Technical Proficiency: Background in digital signal processing, protocols and their analysis, application layers, communication systems, FISINT, ELINT, and/or PROFORMA; familiarity with C, C++, Python.
• Qualifications: Bachelor's degree plus 8 years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• Security Clearance: Active TS/SCI with Polygraph required to be considered for this role.
• Desirable Skills: experience with Capabilities.

Pay Range $107,900.00 - $195,050.00
