Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading technology implementations, operational projects, or vendor integrations.
• Strong project and program management skills across cross-functional teams.
• Experience with vendor relationship management and organizational change initiatives.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of strategic technology solutions, vendor services, and enterprise initiatives.
• Develop and manage implementation plans, project timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of implementation activities.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee vendor onboarding, integration, and performance during implementation and stabilization.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, Privacy, and Information Security teams throughout lifecycles.
