Job summary

HCVT in Utah seeks a Senior Consultant to lead technology and transformation engagements for middle-market and PE-backed clients. You will partner with client leadership to assess operations, develop roadmaps, manage workstreams, and mentor associates across ERP, data and analytics, AI initiatives, and change management.

This role blends hands-on delivery with leadership duties: coordinating teams, shaping proposals, and presenting recommendations to executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 3–5 years in management consulting, technology consulting, business transformation, or internal strategy roles.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams across technology and transformation engagements.
• Evaluate processes, tech environments, operating models, and org structures for risks and opportunities.
• Facilitate client interviews, workshops, and discovery sessions.
• Develop technology strategies, roadmaps, and implementation plans.
• Lead ERP evaluations and technology implementation efforts.
• Advise on AI and automation opportunities; present findings to executives.
