Job summary

HCVT is seeking a Senior Consultant to deliver strategic technology and business transformation for middle‑market and private equity‑backed clients. You will lead workstreams, mentor associates, and act as a trusted advisor on ERP implementations, AI initiatives, and process optimization.

Requires 3–5 years in management or technology consulting, strong analytical and executive communication skills, and proven ability to manage multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in management consulting, technology consulting, or business transformation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; experience leading project workstreams and managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams across technology and transformation engagements.
• Evaluate client processes and technology environments to identify risks and opportunities.
