HCVT seeks MBA interns to support technology and business transformation engagements for middle-market and PE-backed clients. You will work alongside experienced consultants on strategy, ERP implementations, data analytics, AI, and automation initiatives.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Analyze client operations to identify improvement opportunities.
Participate in client interviews, workshops and discovery sessions.
Develop technology strategies, transformation roadmaps and implementation plans.
Support ERP evaluations, system selection and implementation activities.
Prepare client deliverables and communicate findings and recommendations.
Collaborate with engagement teams to support project execution.
Contribute to internal practice development initiatives and proposal development.
Engage in professional development to strengthen skills.
