Job summary

The Senior Consultant will drive technology-enabled transformations for middle-market and PE-backed clients, partnering with client leadership to assess operations, develop roadmaps, and implement changes.

The role includes day-to-day project leadership, mentoring associates, and delivering strategic technology initiatives such as ERP implementations, data and analytics, AI programs, and change

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in management consulting, technology consulting, or transformation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience leading project workstreams and managing multiple priorities.
• Executive communication skills and experience with senior client stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams across technology and transformation engagements.
• Evaluate client processes, technology environments, operating models, and org structures to identify risks.
• Facilitate client interviews, workshops, and discovery sessions.
• Analyze solutions and recommend actions based on objectives, constraints, risks, and feasibility.
• Develop technology strategies, business cases, roadmaps, and implementation plans.
• Lead ERP evaluations and technology implementations, including requirements, testing, and deployment planning.
• Advise clients on AI and automation opportunities.
• Prepare executive presentations and recommendations.
• Present findings to client management and executives.
• Escalate project risks and propose corrective actions.
