Job summary

Google Inc. seeks a Business Transformation Lead to drive applied AI and workflow transformation across the Americas commercial and sales teams. You will map end-to-end journeys, define business requirements, and align regional operations with global initiatives.

This role blends business strategy, management consulting, and technology execution in a fast-paced environment. You will lead cross-functional teams, orchestrate change management, and report on adoption and impact while collaborating

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in management consulting, business transformation, corporate strategy, or enterprise technology transformation.
Experience leading business process re‑engineering, target operating model design, and structured “from/to” workflow transformations.

Responsibilities

Lead the transformation playbook for Americas sales and commercial organizations, defining target operating models and reimagining workflows with people, technology, and AI.
Conduct end‑to‑end process mapping to identify bottlenecks and value, creating clear “from/to” blueprints.
Analyze workflows to identify where AI, automation, and platform capabilities fit to augment sales teams.
Partner with global transformation teams and cross‑functional partners to ensure alignment across roadmaps and establish change management strategies.
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior commercial leaders.
