Qualifications

• 6-9 years of consulting or technology transformation experience.
• Experience leading client-facing engagements in digital transformation or cloud strategy.
• Proven ability to coach and develop consultants and analysts.
• Strong understanding of enterprise technologies including cloud, data, and AI.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience delivering roadmaps, business cases, and assessments at executive level.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage portions of client engagements focused on digital transformation and cloud strategy.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and discovery sessions to identify opportunities.
• Develop actionable recommendations grounded in client objectives and measurable outcomes.
• Oversee engagement execution, including workplan development and milestone tracking.
• Create executive-ready deliverables such as roadmaps and business cases.
• Coach and grow team members through mentorship and development planning.
• Collaborate across advisory, cloud, data & AI, managed services, and design teams.
