Job summary
Pacific Life is seeking a Director, Technology Transformation Leader for its Institutional Division. You will co-own the transformation roadmap, translate strategy into deliverables, and drive architecture decisions to scale platforms and services.
You will lead a hybrid team, champion GenAI-enabled delivery, and partner with Operations, Product, and Enterprise Architecture to realize strategic goals. The role emphasizes agile delivery, governance, and technology investments aligned with growth
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology leadership roles, ideally in financial services, insurance, or asset management.
- Experience delivering policy/contract administration platforms or similar servicing platforms.
- Proven ability to translate business strategy into technology roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the division AVP to co-own transformation outcomes and KPIs.
- Translate roadmaps into epics, user stories, and delivery metrics with Agile/DevOps practices.
- Contribute to architecture decisions to ensure scalable, reusable platforms and secure integrations.
- Build and mentor a high-performing, hybrid team and promote modern engineering practices.
