Job summary

PDI is seeking a Technology Transfer Manager to drive technology transfer and process engineering for new product commercialization and site readiness. The role leads the Process Engineer, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure transfer success, quality, and on-time implementation.

You will manage transfer plans, risk assessments, and critical documentation, while ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards and delivering repeatable, scalable manufacturing readiness.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Science.
• Master's degree is preferred for advanced roles.
• Experience leading technology transfer and process engineering in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of R&D-to-Manufacturing transfer, scale-up, and change control.
• Proven project management, risk management, and cross-functional execution.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day execution of technology transfer for internal scale-up and external transfers.
• Develop and maintain transfer plans, timelines, risk assessments, and transfer reports.
• Drive change controls and deliverables for new products and process changes.
• Handoff development activities to manufacturing, ensure issue ownership and closure.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to the Process Engineer and project teams.
