Job summary
DuPont seeks a Global Manufacturing Technology Leader – Healthcare Solutions to guide manufacturing technology across our global Healthcare network. You will lead NPI, scale-up, and technology transfer into commercial production, ensuring CTQ and regulatory alignment.
You will partner with TD, R&D, Quality, Operations, and Supply Chain to drive capability development and continuous improvement while mentoring cross-functional teams across sites worldwide.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 15+ years in medical device manufacturing.
- Experience in medical device manufacturing technology and process engineering.
- Proven leadership in scale-up, technology transfer, and capability development.
- Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder engagement.
- Experience within Healthcare or regulated manufacturing sectors.
Responsibilities
- Lead Manufacturing Technology activities to support new product introduction (NPI), process scale-up, and technology transfer into commercial manufacturing.
- Own execution of the asset and process strategy, including capacity and capital deployment, expansion, and readiness for new programs.
- Ensure manufacturing processes meet CTQ, regulatory, and customer requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, yield improvement, and waste reduction.
- Collaborate with Technology Development, R&D, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams to ensure lifecycle execution.
- Lead and develop Manufacturing Technology teams to build technical depth and execution capability.
