Job summary

Axiom is seeking a Technology Transactions Attorney in San Francisco to advise top tech clients on complex agreements from SaaS to hardware licenses. This role emphasizes business-focused, pragmatic counsel aligned with product development and go-to-market strategies.

You will work closely with Research & Development, Marketing, Engineering and Compliance, handling transactions end-to-end and guiding teams through negotiations, risk assessment, and deal execution.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technology transaction experience, preferably in-house, involving SaaS, licensing, hardware.
• Experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating technology contracts with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Advise corporate clients directly on technology transactions and related business-oriented advice.
• Handle complex technology transactions autonomously in a fast-moving environment.
• Provide legal guidance to product, R&D, marketing, engineering and compliance teams from design to launch.
• Help build consensus with business teams on projects from design to launch.
• Review products and platforms to mitigate legal risk while supporting company goals.
• Maintain collaborative relationships with internal partners on complex deals for global tech companies.
