Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience at a top law firm and/or in-house as product, technology, commercial, privacy, or IP counsel.
• Engineers with a law degree are encouraged to apply.
• Experience handling complex projects across product lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Counsel several sophisticated clients, including global technology companies.
• Provide legal guidance to teams from R&D, Marketing, Engineering, and Product Management from design to launch.
• Support business by building consensus on new features, products, and services.
• Review products to mitigate legal risk while aligning with company goals.
• Stay up to date on data privacy, consumer protection, and advertising laws.
