BCG Attorney Search is seeking a mid-level to senior associate with 4-8 years of experience to join the Technology Transactions, Cybersecurity, and Privacy Practice Group in any U.S. office.

The role focuses on technology transactions in the health care and life sciences sectors. The attorney will draft, review, and negotiate commercial technology agreements, advise on privacy and data security laws, and manage transactions independently while collaborating with senior attorneys and clients.

Duties

Requirements

• 4-8 years of relevant experience in technology transactions.

Education

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school with strong academic credentials.

Certifications

• Knowledge of HIPAA and state health and consumer privacy laws.
• Experience with AI-enabled products and digital health solutions preferred.
