Qualifications
- 4–8 years of relevant technology transactions experience.
- Experience with HIPAA and state health/privacy laws.
- Experience with health technology, AI-enabled products, or digital health solutions preferred.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex technology agreements.
- Advise on software, SaaS, cloud, and data licensing agreements.
- Handle professional services agreements and strategic collaborations.
- Advise on privacy and data security laws applicable to health care/health tech, including HIPAA.
- Counsel on health tech and AI matters, including AI-enabled products and digital health solutions.
- Negotiate business associate agreements and data protection provisions.
- Manage transactions independently while collaborating with senior attorneys and clients.
