The Technology Training Specialist supports JCCC's mission by developing and delivering training programs that enhance digital fluency, strengthen the effective use of enterprise applications, and build AI literacy among JCCC faculty and staff. The incumbent supports the college's digital transformation by ensuring employees can confidently adopt new tools, workflows, and technologies including AI-powered capabilities within academic and administrative environments. Working collaboratively across IT service teams and campus partners, the coordinator enables consistent, responsible, and user-centered adoption of digital tools that improve efficiency, teaching, learning, and operational outcomes.
