Job summary

INTRUST Bank is seeking a Training & Enablement Specialist to design, develop, and deliver instructor‑led, virtual, and multimedia training for business systems and workplace technology. You will collaborate with IT, vendors, and business units to ensure end‑user adoption and readiness.

The role requires hands‑on production of instructional video content, strong technical writing, and the ability to translate complex systems into clear, role‑based guidance for non‑technical audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in related field.
• Three+ years of experience in technology training, business systems support, technical writing, digital content production, or internal communications.
• Experience developing and delivering training for business systems or workplace technology.
• Banking/financial services domain knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and facilitate instructor‑led and virtual training on business applications, Microsoft 365, and AI tools.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and revise content and delivery approaches based on results.
• Produce end‑to‑end instructional video content including scripting and editing.
• Develop and maintain end‑user documentation and onboarding materials.
• Plan, produce, and facilitate live and virtual enablement events.
• Engage early in project lifecycles for system implementations and migrations.
• Elicit and document business requirements and use cases with stakeholders.
• Coordinate stakeholder review and approval cycles and transition assets to owners.
• Manage project workload and align with deadlines; track dependencies.
