Job summary

You will create materials, run workshops, and enable users across the organization to adopt AI-powered capabilities in Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, and SharePoint.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot.
• Knowledge of Generative AI and Prompt Engineering concepts.
• Experience in user adoption, change management, or digital transformation projects.
• Microsoft certifications related to Microsoft 365, Copilot, Azure AI, or Modern Workplace.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led training sessions on Microsoft 365 Copilot.
• Conduct workshops, webinars, and hands-on learning sessions for employees at different skill levels.
• Develop role-based learning paths for business users, managers, and leadership teams.
• Create training content including presentations, user guides, videos, quick-reference materials, and FAQs.
