Job summary

Trinity Solar seeks a Technology Trainee to join an 18-month rotational program within the Business Technology (BT) Division. You will gain exposure to Application Development, Business Analysis, Robotic Process Automation, Infrastructure, Data, and Project Management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Internship or academic project experience in technology-related fields preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in structured training and rotational assignments across multiple BT functions.
• Develop working knowledge of systems, tools, and processes supporting business operations.
• Apply learned concepts to real-world projects and assignments.
• Assist in providing technical support to end users and internal stakeholders.
• Support project and product activities including requirements gathering, development support, testing, implementation, and post-launch evaluation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support technology initiatives and business solutions.
• Analyze technical issues and contribute to identifying solutions under guidance from experienced team members.
• Assist in evaluating system performance, workflows, and opportunities for improvement.
• Apply analytical thinking to support decision-making and project execution.
• Create and maintain documentation for systems, processes, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Support standardization and knowledge-sharing across teams.
• Stay current on emerging technologies, tools, and industry best practices.
• Actively seek opportunities to expand technical and business knowledge.
