Job summary

Citi in Tampa, FL is recruiting for its Full Time Technology Analyst Program. You will contribute to agile software development, build scalable solutions, and rotate across teams to gain broad exposure within a global financial institution.

The program starts in July, with formal training, mentorship, and hands-on engineering experience. Graduate between Dec 2026 and Jun 2027 with a tech degree and strong problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, MIS or related tech degree.
• Graduation between Dec 2026 and June 2027.
• GPA of 3.0 or better preferred.
• Pass technical interviews consisting of basic algorithmic programming exercises.
• Experience working in agile teams is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Work in an agile software development environment to develop quality, scalable software.
• Develop code aligned with business requirements and participate in testing cycles.
• Test and debug code using appropriate tools and assist in post-production deployment.
• Join a cohort of new hires and training to learn Citi's tools, processes, and technical skills.
